Return Policy

Restocking fee of 25% for all returned items. Returns or Refunds will not be granted without prior authorization. Only new and undamaged merchandise will be accepted. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned items.

Damages or Shortages

All claims for loss or damage must be reported immediately to Evangeline Specialties. If a package arrives at your location and you suspect a shortage or damage please call us before the driver leaves; do not sign for packages unless you have inspected the quantity and condition of the materials. Non response within 10 days shall be considered acceptance of order in full.

Custom Message Signs & Custom Printing Services

Products with a custom imprint/message are not refundable. An art proof will be will be sent to the buyers email address after the order has been awarded. Custom orders will not be released to production without written approval. Orders for custom products cannot be canceled once production begins.
